This section covers information held in registers required by law and other lists and registers relating to the functions of the Combined Authority.
Land and Buildings Register
The Land and Buildings Register consists of operational and non-operational buildings and land. The Register reflects the fullest records as currently available and is reviewed and updated annually.
Grants Register
The Grants Register provides a comprehensive overview of all capital and revenue funding awarded to the Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority.
This includes -
- major transport investments
- education funding
- environmental initiatives
- various government-backed programs
The register is updated annually and details the funding body, grant purpose, award amount, and period of allocation.
Register of Members' Financial and Other Interests
A hard copy of the register is held and maintained by the Monitoring Officer. Interests declared by each Member of the Combined Authority, or a Member of its Committees, can be viewed by visiting the individual Member's profile in the membership section on each the Executive Board page.
Register of Members' Gifts and Hospitality
An electronic copy of the register is held and maintained by the Monitoring Officer and can be inspected on request.
Mayor's Register of Gifts and Hospitality
The Mayor’s Register of Gifts and Hospitality will be updated annually.
Contracts Register
The Contracts Register is a report showing new contracts the Combined Authority has entered into. The contracts register is reviewed and updated quarterly.
Monitoring Officer
The Monitoring Officer of the Combined Authority is the Assistant Director of Legal and Governance, Lisa Dixon.
