Ian Millington
Ian recently retired as Director of Corporate Banking, Humber and North Yorkshire at RBS. Ian has held a wide variety of roles across the banking sector over the years, including personnel, training, running staff and graduate recruitment assessment centres, as well as the more traditional administration and customer-focused positions, including 15 years as a Commercial and Corporate Relationship Manager.
Since leaving the bank, he has formed Adair Business Consultancy Ltd and is involved in an advisory capacity on a transformation programme to a large high street bank.
