
The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the new Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority (HEYCA) will be held at the next Executive Board meeting on Thursday 26 June 2025.
The Board is comprised of Mayor Luke Campbell MBE and both Council Leaders and Deputies, who are voting members; plus the Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner, and Chairs of HEYCA’s Business Advisory Board and Skills as non-voting members.
As the Combined Authority’s AGM, the agenda is focussed on a small number of statutory items including organisational operating model (staffing structure), appointments to Outside Bodies, and recommendations on allowances made by the Independent Remuneration Committee.
