Our Constitution provides the framework within which we conduct our business. It describes how the Combined Authority operates, how decisions are made, who is responsible for making decisions and the procedures that are followed to ensure we are transparent, accountable and efficient.
The Constitution will be reviewed annually, and minor changes may be made during the year to ensure documents remain fit for purpose.
Adoption of the Constitution was approved by the Combined Authority at its first meeting on 5 March 2025.
